Job Description

*Job Title:* Store Operations Manager

*Location:* Goa, India

*Work Format:* Full time

*Salary:* Competitive according to industry standards (INR 30,000 - 40,000 per month)

*Job Description:*

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our prestigious designer jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth. The candidate must have an MBA and possess strong leadership and management skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Store Operations Management:*

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

2. *Sales and Customer Service:*

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Develop strategies to increase foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

3. *Inventory Management:*

- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shrinkage.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of stock.

- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.

4. *Staff Management:*

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

5. *Visual Merchandising:*

- Ensure the store layout and displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.

- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appeal and maximize sales.

6. *Reporting and Analysis:*

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.

- Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.

*Qualifications:*

- MBA from a recognized institution.

- Proven experience in store operations management, preferably in the luxury or designer jewellery sector.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
