Store Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage our inventory operations effectively. The Store Officer will be responsible for overseeing the complete inventory lifecycle, including invoicing, e-way bill generation, stock transfers, goods inward processing, and spare parts management for our franchisees. This role requires an individual who can handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely and efficient inventory flow using SAP and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices and e-way bills for outgoing goods using SAP, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage sales returns and coordinate with service teams for efficient processing.
• Handle stock transfer invoices between locations and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee goods receipt, including quality checks, and update inventory records.
• Manage spare parts inventory for franchisees and ensure timely refurbishment.
• Track defective items from dealers and prepare detailed reports using MS Office.
• Issue consignment stock to technicians, maintaining precise SAP records.
• Generate and manage scrap invoices in SAP, ensuring proper disposal.
• Send PCR to the factory, prepare and maintain Daily Sales and billing reports, and ensure accuracy.
• Track and report ETA for shipments, coordinating with suppliers and logistics.
• Generate and analyze Spare Parts Usage reports, providing actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
