Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Ambernath

Job Summary:

Established in 2002 has been indulged in manufacturing, trading and supplying ofCement Storage Silos, Fly Ash Storage Silo, Milk Storage Silos, Screw Conveyor, Conveyor System, Bucket Elevators and many more in Project & Engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all materials, equipment, and tools in the store.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inspections to ensure accuracy and quality of materials.
• Implement effective inventory control systems to prevent loss or theft.

1. Material Handling:

• Oversee the proper receiving, storing, and issuance of construction materials.
• Ensure that materials are stored safely and in accordance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material deliveries and manage the unloading process.
• Label and categorize materials for easy identification and retrieval.

1. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain up-to-date records of stock transactions including purchase orders, receipts, and issue slips.
• Handle all documentation related to material delivery, stock movement, and returns.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to management immediately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store management, heavy fabricationand heavy machinery industry.
