Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Store Manager to oversee our inventory management and warehouse operations in Rewari. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including inventory control, stock management, and team supervision, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in supporting the production team and ensuring that the right parts and materials are available when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store/warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of stock.
- Monitor inventory levels, track incoming and outgoing materials, and maintain optimal stock levels to support production needs.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials and parts.
- Supervise and manage store personnel, including training, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of materials in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including inventory reports, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Identify and resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
- Optimize storage space and layout to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
