We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations and ensure its smooth operation. Job Description: Position Overview: As the Store Manager at Uni Seoul, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of one of our retail stores. Your primary objective is to create a positive shopping environment, maximize sales, and lead a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Key
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store atmosphere.
Ensure inventory levels are adequate and conduct regular stock checks.
- Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard merchandise and assets.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Sales and Customer Service:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.- Train, motivate, and lead the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and execute promotions and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic.
Recruit, hire, and onboard sales associates and support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills.- Manage staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Prepare and manage the store budget, including expenses and revenue.- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation of sales.
- Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a retail management role, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
