Job Description

  1. Developing store strategies to raise customers pool
  2. expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  3. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
  4. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  5. overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
  6. creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff
  7. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  8. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  9. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  10. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  11. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  12. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  13. Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  14. Additional store manager duties as needed
