Store Manager - Thane

Our client is a well renowned Logistics and Supply chain management firm based in Thane, hiring for one of their Franchise stores for Luxury Gold & Diamond Jewelry. SRKVM Enterprises

With recent expansion of stores in and around Navi Mumbai & Thane district, SRKVM Enterprises have opened up 3 Franchisee stores out of which 2 are exclusive standalone Luxury jewelry Stores along with one Titan Showroom.

We are hiring for a Store Manager to manage the daily operations of the store. Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of a store and to meet or exceed the business targets of sales, profitability, ROI etc.

Position: Store Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Thane, Ghodbunder Road

Roles & Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible for Sales performance of the Store (which includes Ground floor (500 sqft) + 1st floor (350 sqft))

Should be capable of creating a Sales Budget- Plan/forecast for the financial year (Good with numbers metrics and Sales planning)

• Ensure Floor Managers are meeting their targets and manage a total of 30 to 35 employees
• Conduct daily opening and closing stock - Manage stock and inventory
• Manage operations of the store such as Sales, Marketing & Administration to exceed targets
• Attend to customer walkins as and when required during busy days and managing irate customers if required
• Provide inputs to the General Manager as and when needed
• Train Floor Managers & Junior Sales people on the products to ensure they can attend to all customers queries

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years in the Jewelry/Gems industry with 4-5 years in managing a store
• Thorough knowledge on Gold purity, exchange of Gold
• Able to understand and empathize with customers for complex queries, provide solutions to win the customer
• Demonstrated ability to deal with escalations in a calm and composed manner
• Candidates within the age group of 40-50 years
• Open to Male or Female candidates (Male will be preferable)

Minimum Graduate
