Responsible efficient store operations, effective business output & profitability of entire Area
Responsible for top line and Shrinkage control
Planning, organizing and execution of various activities which leads to desired figures of top line and bottom line. (E.g. Controlling measures on floor drivers like conversions, UPT, ASP, ATV, GMROF, staff productivity etc.)
Responsible for Merchandise display and stock planning for section.
Need to make sure SOP adherence is 100% and regimental SOP's are followed
Need to make sure store stock, SOP, customer service audit is 100%
Responsible for Maintenance standards and service standards of brands
Responsible for Loyalty program development
Responsible for recruitment and appraisal, Training, development, motivation & Evaluation of entire team.
Need to coordinate with IT for system issues.
Responsible for Bottom Line and Top line of the store
