Planning, providing and effective utilization of storage space, material handling equipment's and resources.- Preparing and updating SOP's for stores operations. Monitoring day to day stores operations
Ensure machine (Fab & M/c) dispatches as per Pull system and updating it in SAP.
- Ensure Sub-Contracting i.e, plating, blackening and heat treatment materials received back within lead time.
Verify stocks and issue materials to production on daily basis.- Responsible for monthly physical stock verification for all materials to maintain Inventory Accuracy 100%.
Implement preservation methods & FIFO system for all applicable materials.
- Logistic control and ensure periodical disposal scrap.
Submission of monthly stock statement & required MIS to management.- Comply, implement, practice, maintain & monitor QEHS in all work practices.
