Shubham K-Mart Pvt Ltd is a retail company founded in 2019 by Mr. Vijay Kankariya & Mr. Shubham Kankariya in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. Our mission is to provide the finest and world-class shopping experience to the people of Chhattisgarh. We currently operate 33 stores across Chhattisgarh , Gujarat and Rajasthan with an aim to have 50 stores in total. Despite the economic downturn during the pandemic, we remained committed to our employees by not furloughing anyone or deducting salaries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at Shubham K-Mart Pvt Ltd located in Jodhpur. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including customer satisfaction, customer service, communication, store management, and retail loss prevention. You will oversee the operations of the store, manage inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement loss prevention measures.
