Overview

Key responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent understanding of sales and customer service techniques
- Strong understanding of inventory management and control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Understanding of retail laws, security protocols, and health and safety standards
