Job Responsibilities
Supervising the entire operations of the store. Responsible for the PL of the store. Ensuring the values of the organization is implemented at store level. To ensure standard quality of customer service. Ensuring store meets its target sales. Communicating merchandize needs and trends to operations Manager. Responsible for visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store Stock and Inventory Management Responsible for bridging the gap between the management and CCA and implementation of the standard operation procedures set by the company Implementation of SOP Smooth Functioning of the tailoring department. Training of staff at store level. Grooming Attendance and discipline of staff Nominating staff for training. Ability to manage a culturally diverse team. Ability to handle the grievance of the staff. Monitoring the employee performance at store level through audits and conducting relevant trainings. Ensuring checklist is in place on daily basis. Staff induction and training. Skills Sets Mandatory
Good communication skills, proficiency in MS office, excellent knowledge about products in the store, basic accounting knowledge, time management and decision making skills, people management skills and a positive and motivational attitude.
