Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and the local community.

- Training and coaching staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
