• Working towards setting processes to enhance customer experience

Handling customer complaints

• Working on sales building activity

Working on optimizing cost and taking various cost saving initiatives.

• Responsible for entire P&L of the store

Competitors analysis

• Coaching employees to develop their skills

Store employee recruitment and orientation

• Product ordering like toys

Must be proficient in excel and other Microsoft office tools

• Essential Qualifications, Job Related Knowledge and Skills:-

Minimum Any Graduate - Any Specialization.

Coaching

• Good decision making skill

Customer complaint handling

• Sales building

• Good Communications skills
