Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Store Manager at NEWRAY located in Ulhasnagar. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards. This role will be primarily based in Ulhasnagar, but will allow for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Store Management skills
- Experience in retail loss prevention
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
