Store Manager

Team Management:

Lead and supervise a team of four executives across five locations.

Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company

policies.

Inventory Management:

Conduct regular stock audits of raw materials (RM), grade-wise finished goods (FG), work in progress

(WIP), engineering items, project items, etc.

Implement and maintain an effective inventory management system (IMS) to track stock levels,

replenishment, and movement across locations.

Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, optimizing inventory turnover and

minimizing carrying costs.

Stock Safety and Insurance:

Ensure the safety and security of all stocks across the locations.

Maintain accurate records of fire insurance data and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for

insurance claims and renewals.

ERP Software Management:

Oversee the usage of ERP software for inventory management, ensuring data accuracy and system

integrity.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot any software issues and implement

system enhancements as needed.

Data Automation:

Identify opportunities for automation within inventory management processes to streamline

operations and improve efficiency.

Develop and implement automated data collection and reporting systems to enhance decision-

making and productivity.
