Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at NativeSpecial.com Sweet Shop located in Erode. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. You will also be responsible for inventory management, merchandising, and creating a positive work environment for the team.

• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
