Key Responsibilities:- Managing shift scheduling and assigning staff, including overseeing the roles of Customer Relations, Customer related conflict.
- Analyzing staff performance in-store and providing support to coordinators.
- Overseeing online customer support, including addressing queries and facilitating direct communication through the store's WhatsApp community channel.
- Ensuring adherence to branding guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
- Ensuring the employee training sessions shifts and schedules too.
- Ensuring strict adherence to inventory hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the store.
- Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate with 8.3 years of MINISO experience or 12+ years of experience in another retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in analyzing KPIs and driving performance improvements through training.
- Solid understanding of cash handling and financial management.
