Job Description

Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.

Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.

Ensure business growth year on year basis.

Delegate work to the store team to ensure store operations run smoothly and monitor them closely.

Follow the store SOP and ensure all other staff follow the same.

Create weekly staff roster and plan resources for supporting the training team and marketing team whenever needed.

Hire, train, and oversee new staff.

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and follow industrial standards.

Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

Prepare detailed reports on buying trends and customer requirements.

Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

Monitor inventory levels and order new items.

Maintain store monthly reports and conduct periodic inventory audits.

Take care of store maintenance work whenever needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a store manager in a cosmetics or make-up company is a must.
