Job Overview
We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales performance, and managing store operations. Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train store staff on product knowledge, customer service, and store policies and procedures.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide recommendations for improvement and growth.
