Profile - Store Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Store Manager to oversee operations, manage client relationships, and drive business growth in the Bangalore area.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage in-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Travel extensively within the assigned area to meet clients, manage operations, and support team members.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.
- Use Excel and other data analysis tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights.
- Drive sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, with a focus on client management and business development.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience with sales management, KPI tracking, and SOP adherence.
