As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our Gurgaon store, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and maximizing sales performance within the luxury and premium segments. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our omnichannel multi-brand platform and cultivating an exceptional shopping experience for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates/Fashion consultants to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the store's performance and drive sales growth within the luxury and premium segments.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury and premium product offerings, while effectively communicating their value to customers.
- Collaborate with the omnichannel team to ensure a seamless integration of digital and physical store experiences.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, merchandise displays, and product assortment.
- Uphold the brand's visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
- Analyze store performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with luxury and premium brand partners to optimize product assortments and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, specifically within the luxury and premium segments.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail and the ability to integrate digital and physical store experiences.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury and premium brands, trends, and customer preferences.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a retail environment.
