Job Title: Store Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager with 2-3 years of experience in store management and procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing stock management, coordinating with vendors for procurement, and handling the repair, replacement, and disposal of materials. This role will also involve supervising and coordinating with engineers on different sites to ensure the smooth operation of stock management processes.
Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure the availability of required materials and equipment.- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of goods.
Oversee the repair, replacement, and disposal of damaged or obsolete stock items.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.- Maintain stock records for multiple sites and ensure accurate data entry in Excel.
Collaborate with the operations team and engineers on different sites to fulfill material requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate with engineers to monitor the usage of materials and ensure efficient stock management across all sites.
Analyse inventory data and generate reports to identify trends and improve stock management processes.- Implement and monitor stock control procedures to minimize inventory discrepancies.
Handle the logistics and transportation of materials between the central store and multiple sites.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in store management, procurement, or inventory control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management software.- Strong organizational, multitasking, and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other site personnel.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
