Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for one of our clients in Trivandrum. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store in Cochin, Calicut and Trivandrum, Kerala. You will be managing a team of employees and ensuring excellent customer service, efficient store operations, and maximum profitability. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure they run smoothly
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and restocking of products
  • Implement effective visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance
  • Train and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as sales, revenue, and expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Prepare operational reports for management
