Position Overview: The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing sales, and maintaining effective and efficient store management. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Profitability:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient store operation.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.

- Inventory and Merchandising:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
- Oversee the receiving and processing of new stock.
- Ensure effective merchandising and visual presentation standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage shrinkage.
- Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

- Marketing and Promotions:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
