Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Assagao, Goa, for a Store Manager in the Gourmet Foods.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Gourmet Foods section, including managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and providing excellent customer service.

You will also lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Gourmet Category store management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Gourmet Food products and trends
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
