We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team.
Speaks Fluent English
- Handles all retail staff, payroll, timing, hygeine etc
Push for B2B sales conversion- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking display counnters as needed.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the management.
- Actively participate in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
Stay informed about chocolate industry trends, new products, and promotions.- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude
Basic math skills for handling transactions.- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of chocolate varieties and an appreciation for the art of chocolate making is a plus.
