Store Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing a store and driving sales. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the store runs efficiently, meets sales targets, and provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve sales targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
• Manage cash flow and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of current sales trends and market conditions

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1-11 years of experience in retail management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good understanding of retail operations and customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
