Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, including sales performance, staff training, and customer service
- Ensure the store meets its financial goals by optimizing sales and controlling expenses
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
- Train and develop store staff to provide exceptional service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize loss
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Collaborate with the Head Office and other departments to align store operations with company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition to identify business opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience
