The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall management of the store. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Regular follow ups with backend team regarding store orders and stock replenishments
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Great communication skills ( English, Hindi )
- To be able to recommend right kind of products to the customers
- 2+ years store management experience preferred
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
