Job Description

Reporting to Retail Manager, Store Manager will be responsible for :

Sales

To meet sales goals

To deliver set retail KPI's such as average bill value, conversion & UPT

Set individual sales goals for store associates in alignment with store goals

Continuously motivate staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals

Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on sales floor

Maintaining excellent product presentation and high standards of merchandising at all times.

Support the development of store associates sales techniques, customer engagement techniques, product knowledge, Styling skills, Upselling and cross selling skills, etc.

Customer Experience

Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

Ensure visual merchandising of the store as per defined brand guidelines

To engage with customers personally to create brand loyalty and make sure every client's visit is memorable.

To ensure excellent post sales service

Operations

Overseeing the daily operations of store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

To perform and plan daily store checklist as per defined brand guidelines.

To manage Stocks, operations and compliance audits.

Preparation of daily sales report as per timelines i.e. daily, weekly, Fortnightly monthly.

To prepare and ensure adherence of monthly roaster of team to ensure availability of team at all times.

To coordinate with merchandiser, warehouse manager, Visual merchandiser, Marketing manager and various other function heads to meet store gaols and align with organisation goals.

The Successful Applicant

Total 5+ years of work experience as Store Manager

Experience with luxury retail brands

Excellent in customer service

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in handling Billing /EDC /POS /Swipe machines
