Position:In-Store Manager

Role Overview:

As the In-Store Manager at Altairo, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maximising sales performance. Your role will involve managing staff, maintaining store aesthetics, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Your leadership and organisational skills will be crucial in maintaining the high standards associated with the Altairo brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising. Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives a premium shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock audits. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of inventory data.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards to showcase Altairo's products in the most appealing way. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and displays.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end furniture industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering a premium experience. Ability to resolve conflicts and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
