Role Overview:
As the In-Store Manager at Altairo, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maximising sales performance. Your role will involve managing staff, maintaining store aesthetics, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Your leadership and organisational skills will be crucial in maintaining the high standards associated with the Altairo brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising. Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and fully stocked at all times.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives a premium shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Sales Performance: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock audits. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of inventory data.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end furniture industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
