CTC : 40k to 45K

Responsibility: -

Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and organization of products.

Stock Replenishment: You will monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory to meet customer demand.

Quality Control: You will conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet the required standards.

Team Management: You will oversee a team of store staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Analysis : Analyse the rejection and co-ordinate with associated staff for the solution.

Inward and Outward Remittances : Centralized responsibilities for inward and outward management involve overseeing the processes related to both internal and supplier inward activities. This includes the management of goods and materials coming into an organization, as well as those going out to suppliers or other external parties.

Safety and Security: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure store environment, implementing safety protocols, and preventing theft or damage to merchandise.

Reporting: You will prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and other operational metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidature:

More than 5 years of experience.

Graduation or masters (Engineering/commerce/management)

Excellent communication

Have strong analytical thinking and skills

FMCG experience preferable
