Roles and Responsibilties
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills are needed to communicate with customers and employees.
Customer service: Providing high-quality customer service is essential.- Staff training: Hiring skilled staff and training them to adopt new systems and gain product knowledge.
Shift assignments: Ensuring that all procedures and guidelines are followed.- Customer complaints: Handling customer complaints and feedback.
Decision-making: Making decisions about product placement, sales strategy, and customer experience.
- Leadership: Motivating and supporting the sales team, and assigning work based on skill levels.
Other responsibilities: Managing budgets, financial records, pricing, and stock control. Also, preparing promotional materials, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, and liaising with head office.

Pay: 20,- 00 - 35,000.00 per month
