Job Description

Ensures delivery of products/services to all internal departments in timely manner. Supervises the daily operations of the Stores section and ensures security of contents.

Arrange receiving of materials as per standard process. Ensure that quality of received goods meet the specification. Liaise with departmental heads in case of return / replace defective stock. Intimate with purchase and accounts department for payment process. Accesses and applies identified and appropriate information to achieve tasks and document control and retrieval. Ensures stock records are accurately maintained. Arranges periodic stock takes. Fire up min stock level / reordering level for each item

Ensure effective state / inventory control. Coordinate with purchase dept. for all goods purchase. Generates GRN on receiving goods.
