Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge at Girdhari Lal Construction pvt ltd in J & K . The Store Incharge will be responsible for day-to-day store management tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and effective communication within the store.

- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
