Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Store Incharge to manage and oversee our store operations located in Buguda, Bhanjanagar, and Baudh. This is a full-time position requiring a strong background in inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. As the Store Incharge, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth retail operations, efficient supply chain management, and superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Team leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate store staff for high performance.
  • Strong customer service orientation to deliver exceptional service and address client needs promptly.
  • Knowledge in supply chain management to streamline logistics and minimize bottlenecks.
  • Hands-on experience in retail operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Problem-solving abilities to quickly and efficiently address and resolve any store-related issues.
  • Keen attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records and store standards.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring high standards of performance.
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure the availability of products and preventing stock-outs.
  • Leading and supervising store staff, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implementing effective customer service practices to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinating supply chain activities and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and other store-related activities.
