As a Store In - Charge at Minsol, you will play a pivotal role in the Store. You will be responsible for maintaining safe custody of all raw materials, supplies, finished products, purchased items and other store-related inventories, handling of materials and ensuring that there is no deterioration of the material. - Roles and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, and products.
- Implementing inventory control measures to ensure accurate stock levels.
Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.- Managing inventory tracking systems to monitor stock movements and levels.
Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and movements.
- Generating reports on stock status, usage, and trends.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements regarding inventory management- Coordinating with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials and supplies.
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Resolving issues related to inventory shortages, damages, or quality concerns.
Managing transportation and delivery schedules to meet production needs.- Liaising with other departments such as production, project and finance to coordinate activities.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding inventory status and needs.
- Knowledge and Skills Required:
Good communication skills
- Skilled at MS Office Suites
Proactiveness and ability to multitask- High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Ability to work collaboratively within the Purchase Department and cross-functionally with other departments
