We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Store Executive in Dehradun. The Store Executive will play a key role in managing our showroom and inventory, providing support to our design team, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock in, stock out, and stock counts. Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Arrange displays and product placements to showcase our offerings effectively.
Client Assistance:
Greet clients, answer inquiries, and provide product information and assistance. Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings for their projects.Order Processing:
Process client orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for product inquiries, quotations, and order placements. Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory, orders, and client transactions. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist Design Team:
Provide support to the design team as needed, including sourcing materials, samples, and product information for projects.Quality Control:
Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy. Report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate parties for resolution. Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on providing a positive client experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
