Project Details:Customer Delight at Store Project is a pilot where we are working on improving customer experience by solving the problems at the root i.e. dark store operations. By having personnel within the store who are actively in touch with customer complaints and their pain points we will prioritise and solve operational issues that give rise to these complaints.
- Do an RCA of customer complaints and understand/summarise why customer complaints are occurring at the store2. Actively get involved in inventory auditing, manpower management and other operations to resolve issues understood through above RCA and ensure the same does not occur again3. Work with Store Operations Team to drive relevant performance metrics in real time, team-work and cross department collaboration will be required
- Qualifications: 1. Graduation completion is mandatory2. Candidate must not be currently studying for Graduation/close to graduation
- Previous work experience:1. Minimum 1 year work experience is mandatory2. Must have worked in customer support or customer delight related roles
- Preference will be given to: 1. Candidate having team lead work experience2. Candidate proficient in Google Sheets/Excel3. Candidate having high customer delight intent/understanding
- Important Details:1. Considering the nature of work this will be a on-site job2. The associate may be assigned work at a Dark Store within Gurgaon, all efforts will be made to keep the DS close to candidates home but commuting as per assignment will be required3. Apart from working with customer complaints, certain operational tasks will also have to be carried out like Inventory Auditing, Inventory Sanity. Prior training will be given for the same before assigning work.4. One round of interview will be kept at one of our Dark Stores the locations may be any one of following (whichever closer to candidate):Revised JD

Customer handling and store management and resolution.

- Rotational Shift: week off (Roster form) 6 days working
- Interview Rounds. HR Round,Operations Round & Client Round.
- Your shift will be 9 AM - 9 PM
Male Candidates only.
- Experience : 6 months in customer handling and grievances.
