Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
Train and supervise store staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Maintain store cleanliness and organization- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze sales reports
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
