Job Title:Store / Brand Experience Manager

Salary:Up to 4 LPA
Work Days:6 days a week (store open 7 days a week)

dmodot is a homegrown footwear label focused on combining modern design with traditional craftsmanship. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Store / Brand Experience Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship store and be the bridge between our online and offline presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatching of all orders.
- Develop and maintain staff rosters, ensuring the store is optimally staffed seven days a week.
Financial Management:
- Maintain and update daily and monthly P&L reports.
- Monitor the store's financial health, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Set and achieve weekly and monthly sales goals for the store.
- Track expenses, sales, and profits, ensuring the store operates within budget
Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion:
- Ensure all customers receive excellent service in-store, fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
- Call abandoned checkout customers to recover and convert lost sales.
- Take proactive measures in calling and following up with customers for reviews, feedback, and future sales opportunities.
- Coordinate communication between online and offline sales channels, managing delivery timelines and customer inquiries.
Feedback & Product Innovation:
- Collect customer feedback and provide valuable insights to the design team for product improvements.
- Offer floor intelligence to the design team regarding customer preferences, trends, and demand.
- Assist in driving product innovation through real-time customer feedback and trend analysis.
Team Management:
- Manage the store team, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and providing a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure training and development needs are met for all store employees.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain all communication channels between customers, ensuring timely responses and resolution of any issues.
- Stay up to date with store trends, ensuring our brand remains competitive.
- Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to improve store performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L reports.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle multi-channel sales operations (online and offline).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and a strong team player
