Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Assistant at Unitech Workholding Systems Pvt.Ltd. located in Lodhika. The Store Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting retail sales, maintaining organization within the store, and assisting in training new employees.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in retail sales and customer interaction
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to train and mentor new employees
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
