Responsibilities- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Oversee merchandising materials, displays, and inventory levels.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.- Physical Verification of Stock and reconciliation of physical stock vs books stock.
Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager- Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
