Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary:

• Rs 3 lakhs per annum
• Rs 6 lakhs per annum if candidate knows accounting and can take over accounting functions

About Ruh: Ruh is a dynamic and growing company specializing in high-quality jewelry items. We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Stores assistant to join our team and help manage our materials and inventory efficiently.

Position Overview: The Stores assistant will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all materials. This includes the entry of jewelry items received into our inventory software, the issuance of these items for various events, and their re-entry upon return from events. The role also involves uploading data onto the POS software, tracking sales and consumption of items online, and conducting month-end inventory and tallying. Knowledge of Tally and accounting is highly desirable as it would allow the candidate to take over the accounting functions of Ruh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all materials, including jewelry items, within the inventory software.
• Record and track items received and issued for events, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Re-enter items into inventory software upon return from events.
• Upload and manage data on the POS software, ensuring accurate tracking of sales and item consumption.
• Conduct month-end inventory checks and tallying to ensure accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with event teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
• Track online sales and consumption, providing regular reports on inventory status.
• Assist in other supply chain management tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities (if knowledgeable in Tally and accounting):

• Take over the accounting functions for Ruh.
• Manage all accounting entries and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven experience in inventory management and materials handling.
• Proficiency in using inventory and POS software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Tally and accounting is a significant advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, in-office role based in Gurgaon.
• 6 days a week, with Sundays off.
