Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Flair for storytelling and not shy away from approaching customers nearby.
Prior experience dealing with retail high-end skincare brands preferred (Body Shop / Kama).
Flexibility to work in shifts (Day / Night / Rotational).
Step outside the store and approach the customers.
Take the initiative to distribute pamphlets/vouchers to market & attract customers to the brand.
- Attract new customers and increase sales by engaging with people outside the store.
- Promote various products by explaining their benefits and uniqueness.
- Must be able to confidently converse with guests and potential customers.
- Interact with 80-100 people per day with the goal of convincing at least 50 to visit the store.
- Maintain a record of customer names and contact numbers. Offer sample products in exchange for their details as a marketing strategy.
- Recognize potential customers based on appearance or behavior.
- Approach foreign tourists or females who are more likely to be interested in skincare, wellness, and personal care products.
- Have punchlines ready and know how to start conversations with potential customers.
