Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Store Assistant at Ananka Fasteners. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for inventory management, stock reports, vendor management, and maintaining records. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in inventory management
• Strong knowledge of fasteners and related products
• Experience in generating stock reports
• Proficiency in GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and related processes
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of fasteners and related products
• Prepare stock reports and conduct regular stock audits
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Receive and inspect goods, ensuring accuracy of quantities and quality
• Maintain records of inventory transactions
• Interact with vendors for timely procurement and build strong relationships
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
