Store Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all CCTV products are properly stocked, organized, and accounted for.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
Stock Management:- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Head office for replenishment when necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored.
Complaint Handling:
- Receive and log customer complaints related to CCTV products and services.
Ensure complaints are addressed promptly and effectively, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
Task Coordination:- Assign tasks to the support team, ensuring that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Monitor the progress of support tasks and provide updates to customers as required.
Customer Service:
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing information on products, services, and warranties.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
Reporting:- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, complaint resolutions, and support team performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve store operations and customer service.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure stock availability for customer orders.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.

- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
