- Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on XP8/Primera and Unified/NAS products
- Additional knowledge on StoreOnce products
- Operating systems and Networking
- Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area Networks
- Experience in Unix/Linux
- Experience on Virtualization
- Experience in NAS Solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills in working with cross technology platforms.
- Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Software and hardware knowledge of computing and storage
Preferred Skills -
- Knowledge of Remote Support and Remote monitoring processes and concepts
- Tools Knowledge on Service Now
- ITIL Certified.
- Experience in Unix/Linux,
- Experience with Service Guard, SGeSAP
- Exposure on Virtualization.
