Job Description:
QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking meticulous and dedicated Pharmacy Auditors to join our team in Villupuram. The ideal candidates will possess strong skills in stock audit, cash audit, bank cash reconciliation, and management of pharmacy operations, including H1 drugs. This role requires extensive travel and a keen interest in maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance within our network of pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Audit:
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels and ensure accurate recording.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures.
Cash Audit:
- Perform detailed audits of cash transactions.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
- Reconcile cash balances and report inconsistencies.
Bank Cash Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Address and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Management of Pharmacy Operations (MOP):
- Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of pharmacy staff.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
H1 Drugs Management:
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of H1 drugs.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Educate pharmacy staff on the importance of compliance with H1 drug regulations.
Pharmacy Audit:
- Perform comprehensive audits of pharmacy operations.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stock audit, cash audit, bank cash reconciliation, and pharmacy operations.
- In-depth knowledge of H1 drugs and related regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to travel extensively as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Finance, or a related field preferred.
